Step2: Fill up the form with complete and correct information.

Step3: You will receive an email on your email address that you have provided while filling the form.

Step4: Click the link for verification and you will be registered customer of G1 Express.
Shopping at https://www.g1express.com/

Step1: Log In: To log in, use the username and password that you have used while registering in https://www.g1express.com/

Step2: Select the city in which you wish the delivery of product

Step3: Select the product that you wish to buy and add the product to your cart

Click on ‘Update’ if you need to make changes in your order. Click the icon’ Add to Cart’ if you choose online payment method.

Step5: Check Out

Step6: Product Finalization

Step7: You have received your product receipts on your registered mail.

Step8: Confirm your package

Step9: You will receive an e-mail.

Does ‘G1 Express’ provide delivery of products throughout Nepal?

We provide delivery of products throughout Nepal. How can I pay for the products that I buy in G1 Express?

You can go for Cash on delivery or you can even order by phone by calling in 9815245482 or 9860421291

Cash on delivery is applicable only inside Kathmandu. Payment is accepted in cash when the order items are delivered.

What is exchange and return policy at ‘G1 Express’?

Most of the products can be exchanged or returned. You can get another product of the same value.

A copy of the recipient is required

The product must be in original packaging

The product must be unworn/ unused and in its original condition

The sew- in label must be present in the product

Exchange items must not cross the Exchange period.

What can I do if I need to cancel the order?

You need to send us an email at support.g1express@gmail.com at least 4 hours before inside valley scheduled delivery date. You will have to inform us about the cancelation of order before we process your order.
